Dear participant:

Welcome to CESL!  We are looking forward to your arrival and to your participation in the UNAM-IEP Program from January 4 – January 29, 2016.  

These are the activities programmed upon your arrival.

Sunday, January 3.
Arrival / Student worker meets you at the airport and helps you take the shuttle to Sahara apartments.

Monday, January 4.
   9:30 a.m. -   10:30 a.m.  Welcome breakfast at Sahara apartments.         
   3:00 p.m. -   4:00 p.m.     Check in, and registration** (CESL 101).
  
Classes begin on Monday, January 4 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.

Tuesday, January 5
   10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.     Orientation, CESL room 203
   11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.    Campus tour
   12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.    Lunch at the Student Union (lunch will be on your own)

     3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.       NetIDs, CESL computer lab 210
    
**Bring your passport, visa, I-20, I-94, and immunization form.

Before you travel to the U.S. make sure you carry the following documents:

Checklist

1. Passport and F-1 visa    

2. I-20 (enclosed in packet)

3. I-94 (Electronic if you enter the U.S. by plane, paper if you enter the U.S. by car/bus.)

4. MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) immunization form** (http://www.cesl.arizona.edu/immunizations)

**If you do not bring the proof of immunization with you, you will be vaccinated upon arrival at CESL at the Campus Health Center. You will have to get your second measles immunization after one month. Each immunization at the Campus Health Center will cost $68.00.
** Remember to enter the U.S. using your F1 student visa, and NOT a tourist visa.
