Documents for Affiliates

An affiliate organization is a government or educational agency, school, embassy, or corporation which supervises students at CESL and provides billable financial support for their students. In order to encourage future placements, CESL offers group tuition discounts to affiliate organizations that recruit, apply for, and place students at CESL. These affiliates may choose to donate the amount of their discounts to the CESL general scholarship funds.

Students who self pay but are "reimbursed" by affiliate sponsors are not eligible for organizational tuition discounts; however they may claim appropriate individual discounts listed on our cost page. These should be noted on the application.

Affiliates must make full payment or include a financial guarantee statement with your students' applications. The financial guarantee letter must be current and

  • specify English language training or ESL.
  • be addressed to the Center for English as a Second Language, University of Arizona.
  • include a billing address.

Affiliates who are billed for services must pay in full within 60 days or risk losing their affiliate tuition discount.
